Peter entered the real estate industry over 40 years ago in his home state of Minnesota and spent most of his tenure focused on commercial development and project financing.  He acted as General Contractor on concept building and development of more than 30 restaurants and shopping centers in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area, representing over $500 million in development. Additionally, he was the Branch Manager of one of Minnesota’s largest independent and family-owned mortgage companies with nearly $1 billion in annual revenues, where he specialized in VA, rural and agricultural lending. During each of his 15 years in financing, Peter was recognized as one of the top 5 originators at his firm. He continues to hold licensing in real estate, as well as maintains certifications in FHA Title 1 lending and as a bank foreclosure inspector.

After obtaining her degree in Business Economics at the University of Arizona, Erica LeBlang began her career in the estate planning industry, assisting hundreds of families establish asset protection vehicles and legal documents over the course of twenty years. She has been certified through the Arizona Supreme Court as a Legal Document Preparer for much of that time, and went on to obtain specialized certifications in Commercial and Defense Contracts from Villanova University. In addition to estate planning, Ms. LeBlang has supervised the overall corporate operations of the insurance and financial planning firm she worked with since 2005, then transitioned to Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s affiliate in 2010, an SEC-registered investment advisor. In that role, Ms. LeBlang obtained series 7 and 66 securities licensing and was solely responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the firm’s compliance policies, branch audits, maintenance of its book and records, oversight of advisers and personnel, as well as acting as primary liaison between the firm and regulatory agencies during the examination process.  Ms. LeBlang’s wide-ranging experience has made her adept in multiple corporate disciplines with specializations in securities compliance and contract administration.

Daniel Fischl is a highly-regarded viticultural consultant, specializing in the development and precision management of world-class vineyards. Trained through PhD research in grapevine molecular genomics plus two decades of winegrape specialization, he is now internationally-sought as a specialist advisor in technical viticulture and vineyard development, having structured tens of thousands of acres in over a dozen countries to date. As an agricultural scientist, Mr. Fischl possesses extensive knowledge on adaptive strategies for climate change, functional vineyard ecosystems, Organic and sustainable farming, integrative wine and vineyard business development, and research and innovation in technology. Daniel specializes in designing and installing vineyard developments in unique terroirs to set the benchmark for quality and longevity in sustainable, integrated, forward-thinking vineyard systems that can thrive far into our changing climate and markets.

Doug Frost is a Kansas City author who writes and lectures about wine, beer and spirits. In 1991 he passed the rigorous Master Sommelier examination and two years later became America’s eighth Master of Wine.  He was the second person in history to complete both exams and almost two decades later he is still one of only three people in the world to have achieved both these remarkable distinctions. Mr. Frost was a fine wine wholesaler in the Kansas City area for 14 years and, in that capacity, represented many of the best wineries and estates from America and around the world. The Wine Spectator has also bestowed the accolade of Master of Spirits on Mr. Frost, and he is one of the founders of BAR (Beverage Alcohol Resource), considered by most industry professionals to be the preeminent education and examining body for the spirits and cocktail industry. He is past President of the Institute of Masters of Wine North America, and formerly Vice-President of the Court of Master Sommeliers – Americas.
